Just reinstalled my database for 3.8.5
 

having trouble making myself admincp i know it's through config but this is what I have

all across permissions

So the problem is that you're able to log in to the adminCP but you're not superadmin? Or are you not able to log in at all? And are you userid 1?

yes sir I am able to login just as a user not as superadmin just really confusing that's how it looks right now

Well, I'm not sure but I don't think any of those let you log in to the adminCP if it doesn't think you're an admin already. If you can't log in to the adminCP you may have to upload tools.php and use it to make yourself an admin.

thats what I did but do I edit tools.php

No don't edit it, just upload it then go to it, like admincp/tools.php.

Quick question off the record how do you create a style yourself don't see a style generator had 4.+ before
