That should work unless you have a modified template.

Create a new style with no parent:
  • Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
  • Parent Style: No Parent Style
  • Title: Default vBulletin
  • Allow User Selection: Yes
  • Save
Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

I just noticed that you are running 4.1.2. Are all your files default in Maintancne > Diagnostics > Suspect File Versions?

And exactly what is your setting in Setting -> Option -> Forums Home Page Options -> Display Logged in Users ?

Are there any *default* vbulletin files listed under Suspect File Versions that say they do not contain expected contents? (Please do not post a whole list - we are only interested in the default vbulletin files, not your modification files)

Thanx for reply ..there are many files that have status " File not recognized as part of vBulletin" other files are files that have status "scanned" some of them many times but as you say like default i do not see any such file...and none of those files have "not contain expected contents" such message i have no idea what is the problem....:mad:
