Very Strange Issue - Please Help

I have google adsense in my templates as you can see here:

however someone recently posted a thread and it is not showing up:
http://legalhelp.org/family-law-ques...rate-help.html

This is the only thread I have seen where the adsense is not displaying

any ideas?

Adsense in the second link shows up fine for me. =\
