How to give moderators the ability to ban in 3.8.7

They had he ability to ban in the MOD cp and I had to to a fresh install of 3.8.7 and now they dont. Where might I add this ability again?

Admin control panel > Forums & Moderators > Show All moderators > Edit permissions.
