Need help changing "New Thread" button to "Start New Thread"

Can anyone please help me change the "New Thread" button to actualy read "Start New Thread".

I know it sounds silly but I get a lot of members not know how to start a new thread and always pming me asking how.

So if someone could please help me change the New Thread button graphic to actualy say "Start New Thread" I would greatly appreciate it. I swapped out the original image with one I made myself however mine is generic and cheesy.

My site is www.MuscleChemistry.com if u need to view the type of style I'm running. My buttons are identical to the new thread button I used to start this thread. So I just want this style of button to read "Start New Thread"

I can pay for this work as well no problem at all.

AdminCP>Languages & Phrases>Search in Phrases>

Search for text: post new thread
Product: vBulletin

Then click Find

The phrase you will need to edit is post_new_thread

There should be 2 instances of the phrase search
one is Forum Display Phrases Containing...
the other is Posting Phrases Containing...
feel free to edit both to display what you want, but the main one is
Forum Display Phrases Containing

so click the Edit button to the right of that row.

On the next page you will see where you can input your own text
to replace the default text. You may see the default text by clicking
the Copy Default Text button and then edit it in the text box.
When you are finished click Save

yes it says "start new thread" but its just a generic square button, and I was looking for something like the original "new thread" button like the one i used here to start this thread.

Now I cant figure out how to convert back to the original "New Thread" button , now im stuck with this square "Start new Thread" button and have no idea how to go back to the original which looks much more professional.

I also have two great buttons I would like to use that i found on another site. Anyone know how I can add button images i found from an outside source. I guess I would have to put the new button urls someplace so that they show up on my site?
