Usermap with user ID (on/off) that WORKS

My users would like to have a usermap that identifies them by userID (which could be toggled on/ofF) that works.

I tried the Digital usermap and, no matter what I do, it won't install on my web hosting service's server. The coder isn't much help.

Plus it lacks the feature of allowing users to identify themselves by userID and toggle this feature on/off.

I would love to see this mod- that WORKS for everyone.
