Setting to show more articles link

In one section I have 15 articles written; 7 appear on the section page.
I want to increase the number of articles which appear to 10.
I also want a link at the bottom of the page which says something like, "More Articles..."

Click the edit pencil next to the section title and change it. And set the Pagination to yes.
