how to block guests and unregistered from viewing home tabs and under it links?

is there a way for guest or unregistered ,to block them from viewing the home tabs section and whatever is under ?

Download and install sstabs advanced. Intuitive, easy to use and allows you to hide these tabs from selected usergroups.
