send a notification when a thread is old

Hello everybody, so a need to make a plugin or mod to send a notification to the forum's adminitrators when a thread is old...

Exemple..
He (member) makes a request in an specific forum, so after thirty days I (administrator) want to be notified about the date of this topic was started.

I need a big help to make this, maybe I'm posting this topic in the incorrect forum, if i'm wrong please move my thread.
