CMS Attachment Bug?
 

I just started using VB (4.1.8 suite) and I'm having a problem with the image attachments for my CMS articles. For some strange reason, sometimes when I upload a new image into an article the image shows as one I uploaded previously for a different article. The image name down in the attachments box is correct, and when you save and view the article live it displays the correct image, but when I go back into the editor it's still the wrong image showing. Also, that wrong image is also what's showing as the thumbnail for the article.

Any clue what would be causing this and/or how to fix it? The image names are different and both images are in separate folders in the attachment manager, so what gives?
