Auto Prune Zero Post Users
 
Is there a way or a mod someone could throw up that would auto prune members of my Newbies Usergroup with zero posts after 48 hours?

I have tons of spammers that sign up, can't post links so they don't do anything but add unrealistic statistics. I want to know if there is a way to auto prune them so I don't have to manually do it once a week or whatever.
