Reported threads-mod (where to find it)
 

I've been on other vBulletin forums where reported threads/posts were sent to the moderator backroom as new threads, so that all moderators could see what got reported and could deal with it. The threads were titled something like "[username] has reported a post" and the content told us which post got reported and why, and a link to the thread.

Where can I find this mod?

It's not a mod. Just set it up that way in AdminCP > Settings > Options > User Infractions & Post Reporting Options
