posting error "Could not find phrase 'xx'." help!

for some reason i am getting this when i want to post or edit in vb4.1.8

"Could not find phrase 'xx'."

is it any limit in vb4 to how many phrase to have in a tread? maybe thats why i am getting this error?

i have not a clue why!

any advice will appreciate!
