Move AdSense JS from Ad_Location template to the bottom of html, and CSS position it?
 

Please, point me in the right direction.

Currently I have my Google AdSense javascript in ad_showthread_firstpost template.

However, in an attempt to try to improve the load time of the content of the page, I would like to move the javascript to the very bottom of the html, just before the </body> tag, and then use CSS to position the AdSense unit to where it is now (bellow first post).

How do I use CSS to position the AdSense unit to the same location where the ad_showthread_firstpost template places it? Can I place some code to the ad_showthread_firstpost template, and then somehow position my Ad unit relative to that?

What I'm asking may not even be possible in vBulletin. I've spend past several hours trying to figure out how to, but so far no luck.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
