Assistance: Finding the Best Anti-Spam Addons

Can someone help me with some links to updated/current Addons that do a decent job of blocking spam registrations; the more tools they have the better.

Since I installed KeyCaptcha I have had one successful spam registration and I'm pretty certain it was human.
