I have a problem with my vBulletin board in some places.

The red circle shows the issue that I am experiencing after my board upgrade from vBulletin 4.1.6, to vBulletin 4.1.8.

For some reason, in a couple of places, there are lots of "checks" for the subscribe button, and information regarding that subforum is pulled with it.

In the blue circle, that is what is normal.

(This problem occurs in all of my skins.)

Also, I was just curious to know if there was anyway I could change "Welcome to the ToonTown Mania." to "Welcome to the ToonTown Mania Forums." (green square)

I would greatly appriciate some help. :)
