vb.org Archive - change default display?

Hello,

I recently used Impex to import my database from vB4.0.7 to vB4.1.7, now I am having a problem with the displaying of posts; what is happening is new posts are not being brought to the top of the list, I am manually having to change the Thread Display Options at the bottom of the thread.

Here is what vBulletin is defaulting to.

Where can I change these settings?
