No, it isn't possible do do that from a screenshot. Besides even if it was, such instructions would be extremely time consuming to compile, for what would amount to stealing another forum's look and feel.

Your best bet would be to contact the the site owner and ask if their style is one that is available for download anywhere. However It may be a custom one they have had made, or it may be one they wrote themselves, in which case they would be unlikely to want you to make your site look identical to theirs.

As Mark said, it would take a bit of time to go through and change that template to get that look. You are best off finding someone else who wants that look and will take the time to redo the template and is then willing to share it. If you tried to do it yourself and posted what you did, you would probably have people willing to help.

Excuse me, I am not trying to steel the terrible look of the forum, If you don't understand what I mean please don't answer by acusing people of steeling and he doesn't have a look in his forum anyway, I am asking about the function of it, subforums look like pages link, and it's set in 2 or 3 columns.

Actually people doesn't read your mind. You just said you want your forum to look like this and you gave us one screenshoot. You need to be more specific when you want to ask something.

And for the record, your not stealing, If you think it looks aesthetically pleasing that's your choice for a similar look.
