showing full article on front page after upgrade
 
OK, this is a silly question, but I'm a newb, so bear with me...

I just upgraded to 4.18... Now my latest article shows the entire article vs just a snippet... How do I change that? I was trying to figure out how to add more lines in the preview before, but couldn't figure that out either.

The entire first article is being shown vs a preview like it was before the upgrade.
