"Array" problem in Messages, after 4.1.8 update
 

Hello all,

After the applying the latest update (4.1.8) i have this error:

Instead of the Nickname, i see the word "Array" for each incoming message in user's inbox page.

Anyone has the same problem?

Looks like maybe you haven't uploaded all the version 4.1.8 files, specifically private.php. Probably you should upload them all again.

I've done this without any luck.

Create a new style with no parent:

• Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
• Parent Style: No Parent Style
• Title: Default vBulletin
• Allow User Selection: Yes
• Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

I've just did it and yes, i still have it..

It's your PM Preview Mod its not compatible with 4.1.8 turn it off then it will get fixed. :)

Erica, i didn't even thought that i had a mod for that (i'm the second administrator of the board).

Hehe, we're just wait for an update now.

I had this same issue then forgot like an idiot to run the update...

I downloaded the update. Uploaded it to the forum directory but forgot to go to the URL link to update the database.
