Editing an individual showthread URL ?

Is there a way to edit an individual Showthread URL ? I'd like to add a certain Advertisement on just 1 of the showthread URL's on my forum. Was wondering how to go about this , since most of that is all DB driven i'm sure.

I heard I have to add some type of template conditional ?

any help is much appreciated.
