UCP and PM suddenly not working!

See the attached file. Suddenly none of my users can access user control panel functions or their inboxes. The page is simply returned as shown. Help! We've been through a lot lately and this is making me freak out.

Is this a forum or suite installation? Look in your contenttype table and see if you have a contenttypeid 19.

I do not use the full features of the suite installation, but it does appear to be one since contenttype id 19 is prevalent in my database, 'BlogEntry'. How do I fix this error? It still persists.

If you have the suite, then perhaps you should put in a support ticket. You will need to provide admincp access as well as ftp and database access to support.

Upon closer examination of my receipt, I realized that I do not have the suite, but rather the forum package only. What would you suggest to do now? The page for UCP and PM is still showing up the same.

Then how can contenttypeid 19 be BlogEntry. That's not possible if you do not have the suite.
