how to add more registration feilds

Im looking for some help on adding a couple more fields to when people register to my site. I want it when they register not them having to edit there profile to add them later

AdminCP > User Profile Fields > Add New User Profile Field

Yea but that doesnt give an option for it to show when people sign up
