New Server: Windows > Windows?

Most of the documentation and threads I've found about the "moving to a new server" topic have been Unix-based. I'm on Windows and moving to another Windows host.

I've confirmed PHP and MySQL versions.

I'm in the process of moving the files and database. No issues here.

I'll need to update the config.php file to point to some new areas. No biggie.

Is that it on Windows? They don't really use chmod, do they? Nothing fancy to enable writing in certain directories, or anything else I'm missing?
