ExportImport (Old install to new)
 

Ok, so I need to create and customize (aesthetically) a new vBulletin installation due to issues with upgrade and template incompatibilities from my old installation.

Old one: live (4.1.5)
New one: internal testing (4.1.5)

What I need to do is migrate all the content (posts, users, threads, attachments etc...) to the new forum in the exact condition they are in the old forum. Templates and plugins should not be moved - just the user generated content (blogs, posts, users, etc...).

Anyone know how this can be done? I've looked up Impex but different sources say different things (some say can't do from vb to vb, some say they got errors with it, some say it's not working with vb 4 yet etc...)
