Change default Profile Backround color?

How to Change the default Profile Backround color of all users? As it is set on ugly dark grey as default

I've been searching for like several hours but I cant find where I can change it.

I tried to change the stylevar "profile_content_background" but its not working.

I hope someone can help me as I already gave up :(

That's not to a profile page. And, when I clicked to see one, I got a no permission error.
