Deleted thread - Need 301 redirect help

I tried to delete a post and accidentally deleted a thread.

The old thread was located at http://www.bootcamp4me.com/military-...-corpsman-899/

the new thread is located at http://www.bootcamp4me.com/military-...psman-hm-2946/

WHat is the best way to redirect the google users who come via the original thread? Im sure a 301 redirect would work, but im not sure of the correct coding.

Can someone please help me with this coding?
