Need a sql query

I'd imported a SMF database and all went well, except for one irritant. Words in posts that have contractions in them, the apostrophe is replaced by & # 3 9 ;

As in, "let's go to the store" or, "that's cool" etc.

What query would I need to replace & # 3 9 ; With a apostrophe, globally?
