Theme Coder??

Hey there

im a complete noob at coding vbulletin themes but recently a mate has given me some .psds of his old theme wich i like the look of, if i were to edit them any chance sombody whos coding proficent would code them for me, then once ive installed it on my forum we could release it in the styles section together??
