Messed up code in showthread help?

The link above has my showthread temp in it. The code in blue is ad code I used for vertical ads (see screen shot). When this code was put in it prevented the quick reply box from working. So I need some help fixing this. I would like to keep the vertical ads but need to put it were it needs to go to allow the quick reply to work.

I have a thread here and it provide why it was not working but I am not a CSS person and need help fixing it.

Can anyone help me out here?
