Blocks under first catagory

Hey,

I was looking around and i dont know if there is a mod or template edit that does this, but im looking to put a few seperate content blocks under my first category so it looks something like this:

CATEGORY
-forum1
-forum2
-forum3
-forum4

CATEGORY
