Looking for help making my VB CMS the homepage when www.firerescueapps.com is typed in

First you need to clear up why you are getting that "forbidden" message. If you didn't do that intentionally ask your host what is up. Do you have an index.php or index.html file in that root directory? You may need one.

I have neither of these I deleted them.

I would put one back, or upload a basic/blank HTML file at least and see if the forbidden error goes away.
