How to add link in toplinks header?

How can i add a link in toplinks in header? Actually i want to add link to usercp.

I think you just need to edit the navbar template, find the place where you want to insert it, and insert something like:

<li><a href="usercp.php{vb:raw session.sessionurl_q}">{vb:rawphrase user_control_panel}</a></li>

</vb:if>

That's copied from the existing "settings" link, so of course that phrase will say "Settings".
