How to embed code like this in threads??

If you mean that you want users to be able to include something like that in posts, then you may be able to define a bbcode for it (using the bbcode manager in the admin control panel).

If you want it to be there automatically (not something the user decides to do) then you may be able to edit a template or or create a plugin (php code) to insert it.

ok
I mean to embed any object as flash or player or any embedded code from any site to a thread and display it as it was ( flash - player .....) not as a code writen
