How to set PM Popup as default ON?
 

Hi,

I recently found out almost none of my members read their PM's. This is due to the fact that the PM popup option is disabled by default in my VB4 install.

How do I set this to be on by default? I already found out that it is the 'pmpopup' value in the 'user' table of vb. I ran UPDATE user SET pmpopup=1 to make sure existing users get their popups,
but i want it to be good for future users.
