Putting custom html in vb digest phrases
 

Hi,

I want to jazz up the digest emails that my system currently sends out. Put some nice graphics in them and maybe even some ads. Would there be a security risk in doing so? I wouldn't really thing so since I am the only one who can change that html.

I don't think there's any security risk, but I think the digests are sent as text emails so you'd probably need code that could send emails in html format (I think I remember seeing a mod for that).

KH99, you're right, vBulletin doesn't support html in emails :) there is a mod (or was at least) called Micro Newsletter which has the ability to have mailing groups, send newsletter or mails...etc to specific groups...etc full html editor.
