How to turn the "Post Thank You" hack into a "Likes" system similar to vBulletin.org

I didn't like how the Post thanks works, so I just played around with the default reputation system and turned it to this:

When you click on the "Like" button, you'd be redirected to write a comment on the post:

Pretty easy actually... Just template changes, and a plugin to display who liked the post.

BTW; Are you talking about the Facebook like button or vBulletin reputation / Post thanks?

i just wanted how do i added Heart / like on my site as well whereas i already install Modification

We did not release the modification that we wrote for this site to add the Like button.
