upgraded now editor options gone in 1 style

I upgraded from 4.1.5. to 4.1.7. and the reply editor options disappeared for one of my forumstyles. They show up just fine in all but the one style. In the style where they disappeared it does not show the smileys or any text editing options in the quick reply, advanced reply or the pm/visitor message reply areas. I tried disabling all plugins and it still doesn't show up so its not a plug-in conflict. How would I go about fixing the one forumskinstyle so that the editor options appear again? (Basically the smileys and all the options that usually sit ontop on the reply box are just gone)

Here is what my advanced reply box looks like in the skinstyle thats in error. It usually shows the smileys to the right of the box and editor options on top of the box.

Think it will help if I try re-installing everything? Still trying to fix it.

AdminCP > Settings > Options > style settings > set both mobile browser styles to None, NOT to your default style.

go to settings in adminACP scroll a bit down to Style & Language Settings and make sure you got Default Style Modern Moblie Browser set to none and Default Style Old Mobile Browser as well should be set to none, Do you still get no buttons in quickreply.
