Well, I'm not any kind of expert on database errors, but it looks like some error occured and then it couldn't allocate memory to print out the error message. It could be that the error was memory-related and some limit needs to be increased, but I don't think you can know that for sure from the message. You should probably contact your host and ask them to help.
