Need Someone To Take Over Web Design
 

Hi,

Once again I got ripped off with an unfinished VBulletin gaming clan website at clanwreckers.com. I gave the project and paid in full to mysticdigital.com whitesky who cannot continue due to unforeseen circumstances. (unless he can work out of a cell)

I need to get a clan/community website up and running with no more delays.
I'm not sure if any of the site can be salvaged as i have no files or I need to start over again.
Please visit the clanwreckers site to get a feel for what I am trying to achieve and let me know if you can make something of it.
I need the flash header/banner completed or for a new one to be made the same goes for the footer.
I need a pleasing colour scheme for the entire site.
I need the entire site to be cleaned up.
I need the mods to work.
All of this needs to work flawlessly with VBulletin.
I can explain more in detail to what was going to be done later.
I'm not sure how much work is required to finish.
The designer need to have coding, flash and VBulletin experience and an understanding of gaming clans preferred, as I'm looking for one person who can see this through to the end.
