Root Folder Installation vs subfolder installation.

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to vBulletin and was wondering if someone could advise on the pro and cons of installation in the root directory/ sub-directory/ or sub-directory with cms in the root by puting the 5 files in the root directory as discribed in the manual.
