after install admincp not working

After install 4.4.1.7
Modcp working
Admincp blanko page.

Please help

Reupload all the 4.1.7 admincp files to your admincp directory.

Did you configure the config.php file before you upgraded? If you left out the user number for admin/s you will get nothing when going to the admincp.
