How to fix this ?

As u can c on a screen:

on that style i dont see buttons but when i change style for default the buttons are show up

which files i should look into ?

The buttons are in images/editor/sprite.png, you could copy that to your style.

what kh99 said....... simple use an FTP and copy the "sprite.png" file into your custom skin folder.

4.1.10 has same problem for me!!!
Even with no styles on...raw Vb...still no buttons :(

Look at the html source for your page, find where the image tag is for the missing images, then check to make sure the images are there. Or if the path is wrong, let us know what it says.
