Fatal Error, Any Ideas?
 
Would really appreciate some help with this, any thoughts on what's causing this...?

What changes you did that caused this? Was your vB installation working as per routine, or did it happen after the changes?

After this, I get this fatal error now as well. All I did was re-upload my "core.php" file and while the original error form that thread is gone, I'm still getting this fatal error when I try banning a user who is spamming my forum. Once I go to "ban user" it gives the fatal error.

Replace all of your files with your current version fresh files from the member's area. Then see if it works if it does not work try contacting your host, 90% chances are they did some changes which caused this.
