Template for new forum posts: Possible? (to prompt user to provide needed info)

Issue: Often folks post to our forum, but they fail to tell us enough about themselves for us to be able to answer

Question: Is there a way to have a template in vb so new post has some auto filled text?

e.g.

Make: _________
Model: ________
Year: ________

We use vb 4.0
