New Thread Widget allowing access
 

I have a quick question that I hope someone can answer for me. I have a forum that can only be accessed by registered members. I've checked this function and it works.

But, on the home page, I installed a "New Threads" widget and if a non-registered member clicks on a forum thread link from the widget, it takes them into the forum. They can only see that particular thread and once they make a click anywhere it tells them they are not a registered user. But, it kind of defeats the purpose if a non-member can see any forum activity even if only one thread.

Does anyone know how to disable this widget from gaining access to the forum for non-members?
