User profile theme

Can someone help me please with this, i'm having problems with profile theme.

This is how it should look like

How to fix this?

This is also showing when i select default vb theme.

Theme is Orange Peel from completevb

I assume an administrator edited their profile's appearance and set it as the site default since it displays that way across all styles. This will persist even if you turn off profile customization after the fact. A quick fix is to execute the following SQL query:

DELETE FROM customprofile WHERE userid = -1
