.htaccess to re-write for CDN?
 

How and where do I set rewrites? Current I have the MAXCdn plugin pointing to the akamai.domain.com record for custom avatars, clientscripts and downloads, but Im still missing a lot. Is there something I can add in my .htaccess that will take care of the following?
