Looking for something like this...
 

I need a plugin/mod that would be like a PayPal drop down box payment option (which is already provided by PayPal obviously) but could automatically change the usergroups of the user after payment is made.

For example... Regular usergroup(s) users make a payment for full forum access, after payment is completed, and then click a link back to the forums, their Regular usergroup(s) are then automatically changed for them to be in the "VIP/PAID" usergroup. So I wouldn't have to keep checking logs and finding out who made what payment, with what email address / order ID numbers and etc. Is this possible? If so, what do you suggest? Thanks.

Edit: Wait, slaps forehead, maybe I'll just look into that paid subscriptions via admincp and whatever... lol
