Skin Help

Hello! :D

My site just recently moved to vBulletin, but we're lacking our most liked skin, which is a simple one. This is it:

We'd like this recreated on our current site. So if someone could make one up or give me the basic configurations so I can make it myself, I'd REALLY appreciate it. :D My users are getting cranky.
